Severe Acne Rosacea

Severe Acne Rosacea of many years duration, with Rhinophyma (enlargement of oil glands and excessive scar tissue).
Treatment
Following the resection of the rhinophyma, a more normal appearance of the nose was evident. The 2nd "After" picture was taken recently, 8 years later. Notice that as a result of the procedure, the acne rosacea activity also subsided.
