A new, totally non toxic pediculicide (Lice killer) by the name of ULESFIA is now available in pharmacies.It contains Benzyl Alcohol5% in an oily base. The Benzyl alcohol paralyses the spiracles (Shutters) of the bug, thus allowing the oil to penetrate in its lungs. It is very safe and can be used in children as young as 6 months

Increased incidence of Basal Cell Carcinomas in sun tanners
Previous studies have demonstrated an increased incidence of Squamous Cell Carcinomas and Malignant Melanomas in tanning bed users. Now, a recent article shows an increase of early onset of Basal Cell Carcinomas among users of tanning beds.
