Results

The following pictures are all patients of Dr. Mandea and were treated personally by him and his staff.

Severe Acne Rosacea

Condition	Severe Acne Rosacea of many years duration, with Rhinophyma (enlargement of oil glands and excessive scar tissue).
Treatment	Following the resection of the rhinophyma, a more normal appearance of the nose was evident. The 2nd "After" picture was taken recently, 8 years later. Notice that as a result of the procedure, the acne rosacea activity also subsided.

Condition	Rosacea.
Treatment	There is a marked reduction in redness after 3 treatments

Condition	Thin, undefined lips.
Treatment	Lip enhancement with Restylane. Note, in "after" picture, the lips are fuller and the contour of the lips is enhanced.

Laser resurfacing

Condition	Acne scars.
Treatment	Acne scars improved after laser resurfacing.

Condition	Severe Acne scars. Multiple, severe, deep acne scars on checks and temples.
Treatment	Following one treatment of laser resurfacing (CO2 Laser with computer pattern generator) the patient has much fewer scars, remaining scars are much shallower and much less noticeable.

Thermage

Condition	Sagging skin on face and neck. The first two women are in their 60s, the third is in her 50s.
Treatment	Tightening of the skin with Thermage. Note the prominent jowls in "Before" pictures. Jowls are significantly reduced in "After" pictures. The 3rd picture shows a reduction in facial wrinkles after Thermage treatment.

Condition	Sunken cheeks.
Treatment	Sculptra.The sunken cheeks have recovered somewhat even after one treatment.

Condition	In the 'Before' picture, the patient can frown at will.
Treatment	After the Botox treatment, frowning is impossible.

Condition	Acne.
Treatment	Smoothbeam. There is a marked reduction in the number of pustules and altogether a better appearance after 4 treatments

Condition	This patient has a profusion of large and small milia on the face. Incision and drainage of all would be a daunting task.
